Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and exchange experience. Please review our return and refund policy, divided below for domestic (India) and international orders:

For Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to your invoice or contact our customer service for confirmation.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with no stains, damage, or odors. Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service for a return authorization and instructions.

  • Shipping Responsibility:

    • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

    • In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost for the new item will also be paid by the customer.

    • Return shipping is covered by us only if the item has a manufacturing defect or was sent in error.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:

    • You may opt to exchange your item with another product from our collection. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted.

    • Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects and will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and approving the return.

    • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

For International Orders (Outside India):

​

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. These must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Process: Email our customer service with your order number, photos of the issue, and request for return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • Shipping Responsibility:

    • All return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes must be paid by the customer.

    • If an exchange is approved, the shipping charges for the new item will also be borne by the customer.

    • In cases of our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return and reshipping cost.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:

    • Refunds are offered only for defective or incorrect items, after we inspect and approve the return.

    • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval.

    • Exchanges, if approved, will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
